Scholarship Project:
This project is providing scholarship to those needy children of different educational backgrounds.
Criteria for the project:
Under the criteria, anyone can apply from the project sites. Those who meet the criteria will be eligible for selection.
Following are the criterias for scholarships:
- Candidates must be genuine student
- S/he should be intelligent enough to pursue their study.
- S/he must be from backward community, scheduled cast, indigenous or marginalized group.
- Priority is given to candidate of physically challenged, difficult economic background, single parents and orphans.
- As HIPRON focuses in Upper Solu, so candidate must be from the same area.
- Recommendation letter from affianced school/college is required.
- Verification of above information will be done by HIPRON.
Selection Procedure:
Following selection procedure will be applied while selecting the candidate
Designed Application attached with academic certificate, personal application and recommendation letter from School shall be submitted to HIPRON.
- HIPRON administrator verify the given information mentioned in the application, if necessary HIPRON will contact the applicant and take interview for verification.
- HIPRON precedes the reasonable application and upload on the internet.
Control mechanism (Account Book)
Normally we meet rural students 4 times a year. Actually, 4 times is not enough to check the students’ academic and related activities. For this reason, we have given a special book called Scholarship Account Book. In this account book, the students can keep the record of their scholarship finance, how much received and spent for what purpose. Not only that, the students shall also keep their academic records, like result and attendance. As well as, letters record, how many letters they sent to his/her donor and vice versa.
